Vickie Powell is Vice President of Foundation Programs.

She comes to MEC after serving as Manager of Outreach at Jackson State University. Previously she was employed by MINACT, INC. in Jackson. There she served in several positions including Executive Director of Corporate Affairs / Business Development. Vickie has been involved with Jackson Public Schools for several years serving as a Site Council Representative and Adopt-A-School coordinator. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communication from Jackson State University.
