Turkey-Mississippi Business Summit Luncheon Feb. 21

The Turkish-American Chamber of Commerce will hold the Turkey-Mississippi Business Summit (Luncheon) to look for “TRADE-INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN TURKEY & MISSISSIPPI” on February 21, 2011 at Hilton Jackson Hotel at noon.
More than 50 businessmen and political leaders from Turkey looking for business opportunities in Mississippi taking part in the event.

The keynote speech will be given by Honorable Delbert Hosemann, Secretary of State of Mississippi. There will also be a presentation by Hakan Tasci, the TUSKON US Representative.
 
The Turkey-Mississippi Business Summit (luncheon) is a part of two-day – Mississippi & Turkey Business Forum. The purpose of the Turkey Business Forum is to facilitate commerce between Mississippi and Turkey and develop new partnerships between Turkish and Mississippian businessmen. The summit will consist of conferences, field trips, matchmakings and workshops. Mississippi Development Authority, Mississippi Economic Council, World Trade Center, and Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce and Turquoise Council of Americans Eurasians will involve the activities as sponsors. Turkey-Mississippi Business Forum is a major event that will be organized annually. Different themes will be held every year.

Who Should Participate? Buyers, resellers, importers, catering companies, manufacturers and distributors in the fields of construction, construction materials, furniture and home textile, yarn, cotton, cement, mine coal, dried fruit, ventilation systems, ceramic, kitchen supplies, paints, timber, hard and soft wood, home and office furniture, farming and  industrial farming equipments, clothing , companies dealing with all kinds of machinery in these fields and seeking business opportunities and partnership with Turkish companies.
